At Syxtherochimal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scented candle purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward return policy.
Return Window
You may return unused scented candles within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The candles must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
Eligible Returns
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unused candles in original packaging
- Candles with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged candles received
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Custom or personalized scented candles
- Gift sets with broken seals
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at mailuse@syxtherochimal.world or call +1 614 670 7722 within 30 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the candles securely in original packaging
- Ship the return to the address provided
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned scented candles:
- Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your scented candle for a different fragrance:
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
- We'll ship the replacement candle once we receive your return
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences may apply for exchanges to higher-priced items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective scented candle:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be prepaid by us
- Replacements will be shipped via expedited delivery
Subscription Returns
For subscription orders:
- Individual candles from subscription boxes may be returned following the standard policy
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the monthly box has shipped
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
International Returns
Currently, we only ship within the United States. All returns must be shipped to our US address. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
